At ET Potential Singapore, we help individuals and businesses to harness the inherent potential of each individual to deliver based on their respective values and purpose through learning and coaching.
We design, develop and run learning programs ranging from Leadership & Innovation and Cultural Transformation tailored to address real business challenges.
ET Potential Singapore is also proud to be the accreditation partner of International Coach Federation (ICF) Level 1 Program. We deliver our 64-hour program leading to ICF ACC Accreditation.
Our Singaporean offices is headed by Adrian Phang who curates and delivers programmes through 1852.
1852 – A Social Initiative of ET Potential LLP
In 2023, 1852 established a corporate learning partner with Unlocking ADHD, with the purpose of helping neurodivergent individuals integrate and thrive both at home and in the workplace. ET potential provides bespoke learning and coaching support for Neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
1852 is also partnering Spring Rain Global, a foundation that serves philanthropic development organizations, religious congregations, non-profits, and other organizations in Asia and Africa in their efforts to eradicate poverty by helping the respective philanthropic development offices (PDOs) to innovate and provide them with the skills to earn revenue to sustain their respective communities. Our first initiative to run the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programme that allows the opportunity for corporate organizations to form sprint teams with PDOs. This provides opportunities for these faith-based communities to tap on the business nuance and network of corporate organizations and open opportunities to a wider market.
ET Potential - Hong Kong
ET Potential works with our exclusive local representative in Hong Kong, Intuitive Success, a highly successful leadership and leadership coaching consultancy, ET Potential’s accreditation partner of International Coach Federation (ICF) Level 1 Program. We deliver 16-hour and 64-hour programs leading to ICF ACC Accreditation.
